Dr. Praveen Goyal is the Managing Partner of the firm, having professional experience of over 32 years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, and was associated with S R Goyal & Company, Jaipur as Senior Partner till 2023.

Umang Saraf qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and was associated with S R Goyal & Company, Jaipur as Partner till 2023. He has a rich professional experience of more than 12 years in Internal & Operational Audits of Infrastructure Companies, Housing Finance companies, Non-Banking Finance Companies and other commercial organizations, conducting system audits and Functional Testing of Software for Non-Banking Finance Companies, and conducting audits of Nationalized Banks.

Anshu Goyal

Qualifications : B.Com, FCA, CMA

Anshu Goyal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 and was associated with S R Goyal & Company, Jaipur as Partner till 2023. She has a rich professional experience of over 28 years in handling listed and large unlisted clients in auditing across Manufacturing, Service Sector, Banking, NBFC, Telecommunication, Retail etc., conducting operational and internal audit of MNC, Finance Companies, Banks, Hotels, and conducting system audits of Private Sector Banks and Private companies.

Akshat Goyal

Qualifications : B.Com, ACA

Akshat Goyal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022 with All India Rank 2 in CA Final & All India Rank 1 in CA Intermediate. He has extensive experience of Ind-AS and IFRS consultancy, Income tax litigation at CIT(A) & ITAT, and conducting statutory, tax and internal audits during his Articleship. After qualifying CA, he worked with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in their management consulting practice as an Associate till July 2024, working on variety of projects across Cement, Automobile, New Energy and BPO sectors
